Perfect location near many restaurants, grocery stores, coffee etc. Tons of space and super comfortable. Beautiful new space in basement with full kitchen, living room with 3 full sofas and beautiful bathroom. Bed, linens and plenty of pillows made it super comfortable. Close enough to everything, yet away from the traffic and noise. The neighborhood is fairly new. The property is beautiful with plenty of areas for a nice walk. I 100% recommend this place and would definitely stay again. Great communication as well. TY for a pleasant stay in your home.

This VRBO is a finished basement of a home in a very nice neighborhood near to Perry Highway and the many stores and restaurants that are there. There is one bedroom and one bathroom, so I would say that it is a good place to stay for one or two people. The unit was clean and modern and had all the necessities. There was coffee provided which was nice. I had no problems and I thought it was a good value.

The room was spacious, clean and quiet. For those who like to cook, it has a gas stove top (e.g. perfect for stir fries) and plenty of counter top space. Enjoyed the bath room's shower, the illuminated mirror and sink spickett. The host made sure i had everything i needed.
