the 4th bedroom (with air conditioning and 2 separate beds) is located outside the house right next to the swimming pool. FREE WIRELESS AND UNLIMITED INTERNET
, 220 volts European, BBQ on coal, Sonos sound system, you can simply play your own music, via Spotify or other equipment, TV in the living room with the most common digital channels, master bedroom, front bedroom and living room have IP TV, 3 safes, alert . 5 burner stove and a wine cooler where you can keep wine cool.
Fully walled and access via automatic gate. Villa is a 3-minute drive from Jan Thiel beach.
Alarm system with security control, camera surveillance.



we also provide a transfer from the airport to the villa with a van, which is waiting for you. this for a fee that is paid directly to the driver, price 95 euros, there and back

A villa to remember!

Personable host who is very quick to respond. We had an absolutely wonderful time at Villa Noukasa! The outdoor living space/pool were perfect. Lots of space for everyone! You should know that the fourth bedroom is actually on the pool deck. The remaining 3 bedrooms were extremely comfortable. Kitchen/villa was fully stocked with everything you might need. All in all, we had a wonderful month in Villa Noukasa and would recommend it without any hesitation!

Mooi huis, zeker voor Curaçaose begrippen

Mooi, fijn huis. Enkele dingen die ons stoorden: Muffe licht in kledingkasten, wasmachine ruikt niet fris en koffiebonenapparaat stuk. Bovendien ligt het niet zoals beschreven enkele minuten lopen van zee, maar een kleine tien minuten met de auto. Voor de rest fijn huis! Netjes, schoon, fijn zwembad en alles aanwezig. Eigenaar reageert snel bij vragen of opmerkingen. Mer het huis is verder niks mis, echt fijn, maar Curacao is wel passé. Hoop zwerfvuil, armoede en 40.000! Zwerfhonden. Uiteraard kan de eigenaar daar niks aan doen, maar voor het bedrag dat je moet betalen heb je echt heel veel betere bestemmingen. Nogmaals, voor liefhebbers doet dat niks af aan de woning. Die is verder rima.

Heerlijke woning

Er ontbreekt echt niets aan de woning. Ruime keuken met voldoende bestek etc. Koelkast met ijsblokjes is echt fantastisch met de warmte ! Airco's werken goed en koelen de slaapkamer zeer snel. Het zwembad is heerlijk en de bedjes liggen top ! Wij hebben zeer genoten.

we werden op gehaald door de taxi die je in een goede auto naar de villa brengt daar wordt je opgevangen door iemand die je alles uitleg en je direct een nummer geeft als er wat is kan je via dit nummer alles melden of vragen de villa is top, rustig ,mooi zwembad en veel ruimte de ligging is goed en is goed aan te rijden van het strand of de winkels of Willemstad Er is 1 min puntje voor mijn althans je bent er en wil niet meer weg en als je dan weg bent wil je eigenlijk de eerste 10 dagen direct weer terug je voelt je er gelijk thuis zeker in combinatie met de auto is het een vakantie waar ik er graag nog veel van zou willen hebben hans

exotische vakantie!

Voor onze vijfentwintigste huwelijksverjaardag zijn wij, samen met onze kinderen, naar het exotische eiland Curaçao geweest. We verbleven er 12 dagen in de villa van Wim en Chantal. Op ons verblijf aangekomen werden we warm verwelkomd in de kraaknette villa door iemand van het holiday rentals team. Zij gaf ons de uitleg ivm, airco, huisalarm, de auto's etc... De villa was tip top in orde! Er waren drie ruime slaapkamers met een zeer goed werkende airco. De twee badkamers waren uitgerust met een ruime douche, toilet en dubbele wastafel. De keuken was luxueus met de nodige apparatuur en de kookplaat werkte super goed! Het holiday rentals team stond ook steeds voor ons klaar bij enkele kleine ongemakken die zij dan zeer snel en efficiënt oploste! Wij hebben, samen met onze kinderen een onvergetelijke vakantie gehad!

Prachtige villa!

Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad! Mooie villa van alle gemakken voorzien met goede auto's voor de deur. Wij waren met vier volwassenen en vier kinderen en besloten om de slaapkamer bij het zwembad niet te gebruiken, maar wanneer je met tieners bent is deze vierde kamer ideaal. Huis is goed onderhouden en heeft een prachtig zwembad. Echt een aanrader!!

Zeer mooie en aangename villa. Alles aanwezig om er een geslaagde vakantie van te maken. Aangenaam zwembad, zeer mooi terras, rustig gelegen, uitgebreide keuken, goede bedden en ruime badkamers. Enorm van genoten, zeker ook dankzij het ter beschikking zijn van een auto (een must op het eiland !)

Prachtige en verzorgde villa

Alles was zoals de eigenaars het ons voorstelden. Zeer ruime, mooie en nette villa. Perfecte opvolging van onze reis door de eigenaars. Alles en iedereen stond klaar om ons een prachtige vakantie te bezorgen. Een vakantie om niet snel te vergeten en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

De Villa was volledig tip top in orde, heel proper en gezellig ingericht. En er was ook alles aanwezig wat je nodig had. Ook de service: de info vooraf, het ophalen aan de luchthaven en de verwelkoming aan de villa verliep zonder enig probleem. Curaçao zelf is voor ons momenteel een van onze beste reizen ooit geweest en de bevolking is ook heel vriendelijk. Wij komen zeker nog terug!

WIJ GAAN ZEKER NOG EENS TERUG !

Wij zijn vertrokken met het gevoel "altijd all-in, waar gaan we nu aan beginnen" Toen we aankwamen werden we al direct op een heel vriendelijke manier opgehaald aan de luchthaven en als het ware werd ons in dit eerste gesprek met de taxi-dame duidelijk dat Curacao ons zeker ging bevallen. De villa was spic en span proper en alle mogelijk materiaal, om het je zo comfortabel mogelijk te maken, was aanwezig. Ook de hele omgeving was schitterend...Prachtige stranden, leuke en lekkere (zeker niet dure) restaurantjes en strandbars, supermarkten waar alles verkrijgbaar is, gewoon een plezier om er te vertoeven. Niet noodzakelijk om alle dagen op restaurant te gaan, want er was een gas-barbecue beschikbaar en na het eten lekker het zalige zwembad in... Voor de dames die dit lezen... Gewoon met je natte haartjes aan tafel zonder je druk te moeten maken om op tijd in een hotel-restaurant te moeten zijn... Relaxen ten top ! Zeer vriendelijke mensen, veel zon en strand, ook een mooie ruwere kust aan de westkant van het eiland, kortom ... EEN AANRADER VAN FORMAAT !

dit is echt een villa om vakantie te vieren zodra je binnenkomt is er een weldaad aan luxe van de keuken tot de tv/stereo instalatie tot het geweldige zwembad, kortom een topverblijf gehad hier.

SUPER villa

Prachtige villa, waar alles is wat je nodig hebt! Dit is echt een luxe villa, de eigenaars hebben aan alles gedacht en hebben het heel mooi ingericht. Er liggen ook informatie-mappen waar je alles in kan terug vinden over Curaçao. Dit is ook wel erg handig! Hier kom ik zeker terug! Curaçao is een prachtig eiland, met mooie strandjes en Willemstad is zeker de moeite waard om te shoppen. Je kan alle dagen gaan eten, maar je kan ook zelf koken in de schitterende keuken, waar je alles kan vinden van wat je nodig hebt!

Why they chose this property

Why this property? Tough question, easy decision.
Our dream was to have a boat, or a home abroad, but not just where everyone has something, such as Spain, France or Italy, which did not attract us, we wanted something different. We drove around Curacao with a broker, and just when we said it wasn’t there to find either, the broker asked if he could still show us 1 more home, which lay actually above our budget. He stopped in front of the villa, I watched my wife and that moment we knew already this would be it, and it also became ours. The house is located with a wonderful breeze, and has everything it should have: tranquility, beauty, especially the open space attracted us, and a swimming pool. I was immediately ready to buy and decorate.
We wanted the villa also to have a name, yet with a bit of an Antillean sound. We had the villa baptized NOUKASA for the first letters of our daughters, Nouchka, Kathinka, and Sarina; in Antillean or Papiamento it sounds as “noukaasa” translated “OUR HOUSE”, pure coincidence in fact, and it got immediately accepted.

What makes this property unique

Advantages of this property are: the space, situated well on the wind, a very quiet atmosphere, nice neighborhood, beautiful and practical house, with all the trimmings, not too far from supermarkets or restaurants, and beaches. We have it, of course, perfectly furnished so you won’t miss out anything, everything has been thought of. With 2 bathrooms, four bedrooms, a complete equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi. In short, just like home and everyone can use it, but be careful with our belongings. The view is also perfect, you look at the Tafelberg and you are surrounded by nature. Behind our garden is the property of the mansion MEI MEI, though everyone has complete privacy, and everything is so quiet, you will wake up with the sounds of the birds.
