🐚 As you enter, you’ll find a cozy den with a large-screen TV and a convenient workspace desk, perfect for relaxing movie nights or catching up on emails. Just down the hall are two comfortable Queen bedrooms, along with a full bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. You’ll also find a laundry closet with an extra fridge/freezer for your beach snacks and drinks. Step outside to the small patio, where you can unwind on the porch swing and enjoy the coastal breeze.

Head up to the bright and airy open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare family meals, from cookware to dishes and utensils. This level also features a King bedroom and a Twin bedroom with two twin beds, plus a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Step out onto the large deck, complete with outdoor seating and a dining area, perfect for sipping your morning coffee or enjoying dinner under the stars.

✨ From sunrise beach walks to cozy evenings on the deck, Seashell House is all about creating lasting memories with family and friends. Whether you’re here to unwind, explore, or celebrate, our goal is to make your stay as comfortable and seamless as possible.
Guest Access:
🏠 Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, including both upper and lower levels, patios, and deck areas. You’ll also have access to the private community pool and beach walkway, just a short stroll from the house. Free parking is available. Self check-in is available via a smart lock, and you’ll receive your unique access code before arrival.
The Neighborhood:
🗺️ Seashell House is nestled in a quiet, family-friendly coastal community on St. Augustine Beach. The area offers the perfect mix of relaxation and convenience — close enough to walk to local cafes, restaurants, and beach shops, yet tucked away for peaceful evenings.
You’ll love morning walks along the shoreline, afternoon dips in the pool, and sunset dinners on the deck while listening to the ocean breeze.
Getting Around:
🚶♀️ Most nearby restaurants, coffee shops, and the beach are within walking distance.
🚗 For exploring downtown St. Augustine and nearby attractions, driving takes just about 10 minutes.
🚲 Bikes and golf carts are popular options for getting around the beach area — rentals are available through our concierge service.
🚕 Uber, Lyft, and local taxis are also readily available.

🛏️ For your safety, the weight limit for bunk beds is 100 pounds.
📺 TV: Use Xfinity remote for Xfinity controller. Make sure tv is on HDMI 1. It is a smart tv but uses the cable box. The channel guide doesn’t show any numbers beside the guide. Scroll down and pick the channels, the ones you look at will save on the Home Screen as your favorites.
🆔 Minimum age to rent is 25. ID verification is required.
🚫 No parties, no smoking, and quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.
💵 $100 fee if pool key is lost
🐾 Dog-friendly (max 2; $100 pet fee each; leashed at all times, including the beach)
🚫 No glass allowed at the pool
🚫 Please remember to close the umbrella if the weather gets very windy or stormy.
📌 NOTE: If your stay is 21 days or longer, $100 will be added to your cleaning fee to accommodate a deep cleaning. We will coordinate payment upon booking!
