This is a charming oceanside beach cottage with original hardwood floors and a relaxed, old-Florida feel. The home blends antique character with modern convenience and has been thoughtfully cared for over the years.
The cottage is the third house back from the ocean, located on one of the most desirable stretches of St. Augustine Beach. We are north of the A Street ramp, which means no cars are allowed on our beach. The home sits on the east side of Beach Boulevard, so there are no streets to cross—the beach is just steps away.
The beaches here are quiet, clean, and uncrowded. Anastasia State Park beaches are also within walking distance.
