KITCHEN - fully stocked with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot

DINING ROOM - dining area for 4 guests, plus additional seating for 2 at the kitchen island

LIVING ROOM - large sectional sofa, ottoman, framed smart TV, cozy throw blankets

POWDER ROOM - half bathroom located downstairs with toilet and pedestal sink
