SERENITY MODERN RENOVATED BEAUTIFUL BUNGALOW- in OLD TOWNE w Hot tub

This beautiful modern open concept bungalow located in a beautiful old Towne neighbourhood is perfect for couples, families or small groups that want to enjoy being in Old Towne Niagara on the lake, Shaw. The wineries, the beautiful trails for biking and walking and perhaps make a day trip to the Falls and or Casino. Home has a hot tub, fenced yard and deck.

Our super nice and cute house is fully renovated with brand new hardwood floors, an open concept kitchen, island, dining area and a rear deck for bbq and a glass of wine. The master bedroom is my favorite and you will love the morning or evening sitting area. Reviews commented on how great it is, the location and super clean. We are committed to quality. We have great reviews and are committed to your A++ stay.
Enjoy a short stroll to the village, restaurants, and shops. Also perhaps enjoy a day spa close by, a bike ride golfing, and wine tours.

Please note the Town of Niagara on the Lake requires charging with the pricing a 3% Municipal Accommodation tax/fee.

The property was extremely clean. We didn't use the hot tub so can't comment on that perk. We have a dog and the backyard is private, fully fenced and was poop-free (we've rented dog friendly properties and have spent the first hour upon our arrival picking up previous renter's dog's poop!!). It was VERY easy to check-in, which is a plus when you've been traveling all day. We highly recommend this property!

Lovely clean house in a great spot. Very well equipped. We had an issue with a bed and the owner sent someone to fix it very quickly. The one downside was that you can only access the garden through a bedroom, luckily our daughter didn’t mind us walking through her room.

The property is very clean and cozy, Overall enjoyable. Really like to stay.The describation is little confusing though as it lists 4 bedrooms but actually only three bedrooms. The fouth one is living room with pull-put sofa bed.The list takes up to 8 guests but the price is for 6 and requests extra charge for other 2.Be careful to open the garage, as it is full of flies.

Wonderful property and close to everything!

We enjoyed a working vacation while at this property and it was such a bonus to be able to bring our dog. The location is close enough to everything that you can walk to it, the neighborhood was nice, perfect for dog walks, and the place was clean. Would definitely stay again.
