This is local residential comfortable apartment on the 4th floor in a residential building near the very center of Split, where you can immerse yourself to the authentic local way of living.

Building doesn't have an elevator.

For total temperature control it has two air-condition units: one in the living room and second in the bedroom.

It's located in a quiet neighbourhood near the Diocletian's Palace, Split seafront and forest park Marjan.

Two grocery shops and green market are 100m away and shopping mall "Joker" is just 5 minutes walking from the apartment.

The nearest beach called Prva Voda with lots of natural shade is in the forest park Marjan, just 20 minutes walking or 3 min by car.

There free parking spots easily found near the building.

Majority of Split attractions are within walking range, making this apartment a great choice for your stay when visiting Split.

Apartment consists of one bedroom, spacious living room, kitchen with dining area and bathroom.

Living room has two cozy sofa beds for three people.

While being here you can pamper your senses with the large smart LED TV, offering the rich selection of cable programs and ability to surf the internet, watch YouTube videos, access email...

Bedroom has one comfortable double bed, ac unit and TV.

Smoking is not allowed.

Some pets are allowed, please contact in advance. The surcharge for pets is 10€ per night per pet.

Arrivals after 23:00 are surcharged 20 EUR on spot.

We expect normal house behavior - please watch out not to break anything, leave the apartment tidy as you found it and don't make noise to other people in the house.

Also please don't forget to enjoy your stay here!

Check in time is 2 p.m., check out at 10 a.m., flexible if possible.

***** Guest access:

Bus station is three min walk from the apartment.

Ferry port, train station and regional bus station are within 15 minutes walking.

It's easy to find free parking spot right near the building or within one minute walking in the nearby streets as the neighbourhood is not crowded with cars.


***** The Neighbourhood:

Apartment is located less than 10 min walking to the Diocletian's Palace.

It's the best preserved palace from the Roman times in the world and also just 1 min walking to the Split seafront promenade.

Area where the apartment is located is a residential neighbourhood.

Its position makes it a perfect combination of being close to everything and having your peace when you just want to rest and sleep.

The city part where the apartment is located is within walking range to virtually everything: restaurants, coffee bars, green market, main fish market, shops, tourist bureau, city seafront... all within 5 to 20 minutes walking.

Well known Split sandy beach Bacvice is just 20 minutes walking and another beach called Prva Voda in the forest park Marjan is also 20 minutes walking.

City bus station, taxi and rent-a-car agencies are within 5-10 minutes walking.

Main Split bus station, ferry port and main train station are within 15minutes walking.

***** Notice for the Ultra Music Festival (UMF) guests:

UMF is held at Park Mladezi stadium, just 5 min walking from the apartment!

Stay from 9th to 10th of July (4 nights) is mandatory. Please do not make reservation for less .
