We use keypad entry. Check-in opens at 4 p.m.

Guest Rules

Must be 23 to rent this cabin

No smoking, vaping, or parties (penalty up to $2,000 for cleaning/deodorizing)

No pets – $500 fee for unauthorized pets and immediate removal with no refund

Please consider purchasing travel insurance for weather, illness, or unforeseen events

Do not move furniture (minimum $1,000 penalty or actual costs, whichever is higher)

Cancellation fee applies to all cancellations

Parking for a maximum of 10 cars

This property has two exterior cameras and one doorbell camera overlooking the driveway for safety. No interior views.

Location

Four-wheel or all-wheel drive is recommended and may be required during winter or snowfall.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events such as illness, weather, work conflicts, or power outages. Refunds and cancellations will follow our stated policy and your insurer’s terms.

Hot Tub

The hot tub is drained, cleaned, and refilled after every stay. It may not reach full temperature until the evening of check-in but will be thoroughly cleaned.

No glass around the pool

Do not share the pool door code with minors

Wildlife

Keep doors closed to prevent unwanted visitors

Do not feed bears or leave trash outside unless it’s in bear-proof containers

Wildlife is common — you may see or hear animals. Keep windows and doors closed.
