Nestled in a peaceful coastal neighborhood, this tropical getaway blends beachside charm with all the comforts of home. Private beach access is just half a block away, so you can be toes-in-the-sand in minutes before returning to unwind under the banana trees in your own backyard oasis.
From sunrise coffee on the patio to evenings around the fire, this home invites you to relax and recharge. Enjoy a soothing session in the sauna (waiver required), cook up a feast in the spacious kitchen with a cool coffee station, or simply kick back by the outdoor fire pit or gas fireplace. Two dogs (up to 50 lbs each) are welcome, making it the perfect retreat for the whole family - pups included!

THE PROXIMITY:
The private beach access is just a 9-minute walk. You’re only 3 minutes from a Winn-Dixie grocery store for all your essentials, and local favorites like Hurricane Grille (for frozen cocktails), Purple Olive (for an upscale meal), and the World Famous Oasis Restaurant (for beer and sports) are all nearby. Head 5 minutes north to St. Augustine Beach for mini-golf, coffee shops, bars, and the lively Wednesday farmers market at the pier—or drive onto the sand at A Street if you’ve got 4-wheel drive.
Looking to explore further? Palm Coast is just 20 minutes south, offering outdoor adventure at Washington Oaks State Park, golf at The Hammock, and a variety of waterfront dining options. You can also kayak or paddleboard at Matanzas Inlet, where dolphin sightings are common. Day trips to Disney World, Daytona Beach, Cape Canaveral, World Golf Hall of Fame, or TPC Sawgrass are easy options for those craving a bigger adventure.

This spacious, pet-friendly home comfortably hosts families, couples, or small groups looking for a relaxed coastal escape. The bright, open kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and entertaining, featuring a stylish coffee station that makes mornings something to look forward to. Outside, you’ll find a large paver patio with plenty of room to dine, lounge, and enjoy the warm breeze beneath the banana trees. Gather around the wood-burning fire pit for s’mores, or cozy up by the gas fireplace on cooler nights.
Inside, you’ll have all the modern conveniences you need—Smart TVs with cable, fast Wi-Fi, and a washer and dryer for easy living. Whether you’re lounging after a day at the beach, savoring a sunset by the fire, or unwinding in the sauna, this home is all about comfort, connection, and coastal living done right.

OPEN LIVING: The kitchen is adjacent to the living and dining area so everyone can be together whether lounging, dining or cooking! We outfit the kitchen with enough paper products, pods, trash bags and soaps for the length of your stay. Linens and towels are included.

LAUNDRY: We offer a washer and dryer inside a closet located on the patio. We provide starter laundry pods and dryer sheets, iron and ironing board and some cleaning supplies for your convenience.

PARKING: Parking is available in our driveway, and we ask that there is no parking on the grass. Street parking is not allowed. Please do not park in the garage.

Take a tour, enjoy the rich Spanish history, the architecture, the food and craft cocktails and all that our pleasant waterfront town has to offer. BEACHSIDE FUN IN THE SUN: Our beaches are unparalleled! We really know how to enjoy what nature has blessed us with here in our quaint little St. Augustine. You can walk just down the street to the beach!

*SECURITY DEPOSIT: In lieu of a traditional security deposit charge or authorization hold for a large sum, we will instead charge a one-time non-refundable incidentals fee to your stay of $99. This fee acts as insurance for minor damages and covers you up to a max of $1000 of damage. You may elect to increase your incidentals fee for more coverage ($149 for $1500, $199 for $2000 and so on and so forth). *IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. Your insurance coverage amount ($1000) is not the max that you are responsible for. If damages exist beyond your coverage amount we will document this with photos and professional estimates of repair, and bill you for the repairs or replacements.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home and all of it's amenities.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is located beachside to the east off of historic A1A Beach Blvd. There is plenty to do right nearby! Attractions, restaurants and bars are within walking distance or just a quick drive away! Grab a frozen hurricane cocktail at Hurricane Grille, or enjoy a 5 star meal at Purple Olive. Grab a beer and watch the game at the World Famous Oasis Restaurant. Mini golf, The Lighthouse and The Alligator Farm are a short drive away. Go kayaking or stand-up paddle boarding and explore Matanzas Inlet. Dolphin sightings are common! Or, just enjoy a breezy stroll on the beach as you search for shark teeth. It's the perfect place to getaway!

Getting Around:

Please be aware that certain vendors, such as lawn care, pool and other routine maintenance providers, may visit the property on a weekly basis. Their visits are scheduled based on weather conditions and other factors, so they do not have a fixed schedule.

Dog friendly only. 2 dogs total allowed, up to 50lbs each.

Our dog rent fee is $30.00/Dog/Night, $175.00/Dog/Week, with a maximum of $300.00/Dog/Month.
-This fee is added on to your total after booking confirmation.
-The fee doesn't cover damage caused by your pet. We will provide photos and a handyman quote to fairly assess repair charges.
-Pets must be fully housebroken, freshly bathed prior to arrival and treated with flea and tick meds within 30 days of check in.
-Please share with us any details regarding weight, age, if crated when left alone, if allowed on furniture. If you are bringing a dog, please reach out to us directly about our policy and fees!

NOISE LEVELS: There are residents all around on all sides as this is a residential neighborhood. Please respect their right to quiet enjoyment by keeping noise levels down and observing quiet time per St. Johns County ordinance from the hours of 10pm until 8am.

LOST AND FOUND ITEMS: We charge a $50 minimum to ship forgotten items, which must be paid in advance. For heavier items, we ask that you pre-pay the $50 and we will acquire any additional shipping cost and bill this to you accordingly + 25% service fee.
