Only 2-miles to Atlantic Beach! Bring your bikes and walking shoes as it’s only 2-miles down bucolic Evans St. to restaurants at the Morehead City waterfront or walk across Arendell St. at crosswalk to Carteret County Welcome Center and enjoy the sound-side boardwalk at sunset. Boat trailer parking (RESTRICTIONS: to prevent damage to lawn boats are limited to 26' max, single outboard, and dual axel trailer max. Non-negotiable. Do NOT show up with larger as you will not be allowed to keep it on property) as well for those wanting to use Morehead City Boat Ramp located just 500’ away. Property ideally accommodates a coastal skiff suited for in-shore fishing and family fun, NOT an off-shore fishing boat. ALERT HOST if your plans include bringing a boat on a trailer. Return to your studio to relax in the comfortable leather club chairs and have a great night’s sleep in the king size bed. If you’re the early riser, not a problem! Quietly slip out of bed and take your cup of coffee outside onto the patio to enjoy the porch swing or Adirondack chair while your better half gets their beauty rest!! Driveway parking makes for easy loading/unloading and vehicle security. Property exterior has motion sensor spotlights and generous landscape lighting for secure night time coming and going. Owner manager lives full-time nearby and is readily available for assistance of any kind.
