Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place all used bath and kitchen towels on the bathroom floor in front of the shower. No need to strip sheets or make the beds - the cleaner will take care of that.
Please place all trash & recyclables into the trash bins outside. Trash day is on Tuesdays. If you are checking out on Sunday or Monday, please roll out the trash bins to the front curb of the house.
Please make sure to: lock all doors, shut off the AC and/or heater, shut off all faucets, shut off the oven/stove and close all windows.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
