Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place all used bath and kitchen towels on the bathroom floor in front of the shower. No need to strip sheets or make the beds - the cleaner will take care of that.
Please place all trash & recyclables into the trash bins outside. Trash day is on Tuesdays. If you are checking out on Sunday or Monday, please roll out the trash bins to the front curb of the house.
Please make sure to: lock all doors, shut off the AC and/or heater, shut off all faucets, shut off the oven/stove and close all windows.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Very family friendly! They had a pack & play and 2 booster chairs along with beach toys, chairs, and boogie boards. Hosts were amazing with communication and a wonderful space to share with family and friends.

This is a great location in Oceanside! The house is updated and the host provided beach towels to use at the beach and boogie boards and beach chairs! This helped make our stay 5 stars!!! It’s a 5 min drive to Coast highway and the Oceanside marina where there is lots of great food and shopping. Only suggestion I have is to have AC throughout the whole house. The second bedroom and back family room and warm and humid. But even with that, I would still rent again. Just maybe not in July.

It was a very nice house. There was great communication with the property manager. There were a few issues with the lock. It wouldn’t unlock when we locked at the end to go back inside, but wasn’t a big issue because nothing important was left.

The house was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with excellent appliances and equipment. Everything was modern in the house and it was clean and comfortable. The beds were extremely comfortable. The backyard was huge and had very comfortable seating areas and room for relaxing. Our hosts were very responsive and patient dealing with us senior citizens. There is much to do in the area. We would absolutely recommend this spacious rental.

Exceptional communication with the hosts. Had a few minor issues on the first day which were are rapidly resolved by Geralyn. Very convenient location within a few minutes drive from I-5. More than enough space for our family of five. Used the second living area as the 3rd bedroom since it has a pull out couch/queen size. Kitchen had all of items we needed for a 6-night stay. Large capacity washer and dryer were very beneficial since our family generated a lot of laundry.
