Host was very responsive! Home was clean and laid out well as advertised. Location was great! Easy drive to Schweitzer and downtown Sandpoint. We couldn’t use the hot tub for a whole day as they drained the water and it didn’t heat up in time(without giving us a heads up) which was rough after a hard day of skiing. All things considered, a great house and location!

Wonderful stay on Lake Pend Orielle with our family and grandchildren. The weather was great so we spent a most of our days at the dock swimming, or evenings on the deck. So much fun!

Great Lake House!

The house fit every need we had - great views, tons of space, lake access with dock and an awesome beach! The house was very clean, great amenities with large TV’s and WiFi - I would stay here again for sure.

Perfect for Schweitzer!

This place was exactly what we hoped for. Reasonably spacious with 10 people, comfortable beds and well stocked. About 30 minutes to the top of Schweitzer. Epic views right on the lake, couldn’t have been happier with the place!

What an awesome spot!!! Insanely beautiful views and a wonderful house. Even a rare sandy beach with all the amenities you could want for a relaxing lake side retreat. Our hosts were also SO friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be back again and highly recommend!!!

Peaceful Lake Retreat with Beautiful Views

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We especially loved drinking our coffee out on the deck each morning — such a peaceful way to start the day. The living spaces were spacious and cozy, and we had a great time enjoying the lake. The water was refreshingly cool, perfect for swimming and relaxing. We also took a trip up to Schweitzer and hiked around — it was beautiful! Overall, an amazing getaway. We'd definitely come back!

Great spot for a ladies' getaway. Close to skiing. Also enjoyed shopping in town - great thrift stores. Pend'oreille Winery had great wine and food. Well stocked kitchen. Inside lighting at night was poor.

Boys ski trip

Seven 60+year old ski buddies on our annual ski trip. The views from the deck were incredible and the location was very convenient to Schweitzer ski area and shopping. We had no issues with the property and the property manager quickly responded to the few questions we had.

This house has a private beach on the lake, which was so unique and awesome for the kids. Paddle boat was fun. We all loved swimming in the lake and relaxing on the two patios with lake views. Inside the house was comfortable and had everything we needed for home cooked meals and evening relaxation. Definitely recommend this property.

Very homey and welcoming!

We loved that this home is ROUND! So cool to have uniquely shaped and large bedrooms. The house was clean and roomy. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook delicious meals, and a large table inside, and another one outside where we could gather to eat. The lake is right down the hill and has a good sized sandy beach for everyone to play on and enjoy. There is a spacious deck on the way down to the water where you can hang out and enjoy friends and refreshments. The town of Sandpoint is close by, and easily accessible by bike or car with wonderful shops and restaurants IF you get bored hanging out at the house, which I doubt. We'll be back!

Many windows would not open, screens were ajar, utensils were dirty, coffee pot and toaster dirty, left over grounds in coffee pot. Windows and sills filthy, mouse feces on carpet and around washer and dryer. Everything just felt dirty and unclean. Very disappointing

Great for families

We had a wonderful time at this property during our family/friend vacation. We had three couples with their children staying here during our stay and there was plenty of room for all of us and so much to do. We spent most of our time down at the cute little beach and swimming in the water. We even left some of our beach toys there for the next people coming in. We had kids ranging from 3 years old to 6years old and they had an absolute blast. We appreciated the hosts had life vests for adults available and paddle boards. We also loved there was a fridge in the garage that we used for beverages and tons of different dishes, pots, pans and utensils. They also had a wide variety of spices for us to use which was great because we ate every meal at the house since we had quite a few kiddos. The view from the porch is breathtaking and there was so much space for the kids to play around. The town of Sandpoint is also very close by which made it easy to pop out to grab groceries when we ran low on the stuff. If we didn’t have small kiddos we probably would have loved to spend some time in Sandpoint. They had some cute shops and restaurants. We also rented a boat at a nearby marina so everything is in very close driving distance from the property. The few things that were a bummer for us was the really late check in time of 5pm and the very early check out time of 10am. We basically lost a whole day of our vacation because of it. We understand it’s a big house that needs to be cleaned but it’s something to be aware of if you book this property. Also, when we arrived the garbage cans outside were already full so we had to keep our bags in the garage and after trash pick up we basically refilled them again with our trash so I’m not sure what the people after us had to do. The hot tub was also pretty unclean so we never used it. It was really hot out so that wasn’t a big problem but if it was cooler out we would have been bummed. Overall, we had an amazing time and we wished we could have stayed another night. I would definitely recommend this property.

Awesome property with a really cool layout. Amazing lake front property with well kept dock. Great for families who want to fish and enjoy the water with kids. Stocked well with all that is needed to cook for good sized gatherings. Plenty of space for at least 9-10 people. Lost a star on cleanliness due to someone’s hair being left on wall in one of the showers and the hot tub was very murky and loaded with a ton of chlorine and could be tended to a little more frequently to maintain good clear water. Overall great experience and I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Sagle weekend

We had a great time the only downside was the other rental at this location. When we arrived they were using our parking spots, I asked them and they said they knew nothing about the parking . Also we share the hottub with them and they dad broken glass and not cleaned it up.

Would love to come again. Heating in the winter was a little slow, originally built for summer use? Worth the slight discomfort of being cold for a bit, the house did warm up. Cannot beat the view.

Great View, Unique Layout

This house was better in person even than the pictures! I have never been in a house with a layout like this and it was done really well! It was a fun place to stay in, which was mostly what we did, rather than traveling around. The view was amazing and there were plenty of large windows to take it in!
