This property is perfect for a multi family that is visiting the island but wants alone time in the evenings. Very short distance from the beach with an awesome pool priovided. Also only a couple blocks from all the shops and stores. The only thing I recommend is maybe add a couple small dressers to put your clothes in while staying. There is 2 small closets but extra hangers would be nice to have as well. Other than that I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this rental and will use it again in the future!!

This 4-unit quad is an older property near the beach w/access through a path leading to the gulf. Very clean, well-appointed 2-bedroom unit. Futon seating with large flat-screen tv in main room. Adequate bathroom. Heavy drapes on windows. The concrete floors throughout the unit were utilitarian, unfortunately bothered my legs and feet. Prob noProblem for most people. And great for pets. We had a bit of trouble unlocking the door, but a call to the owner/manager solved that upon initial entry. A bit tricky to figure out the keyless lock system. This place is ideal for families with kids and pets. A pool and grills on the property would be great for groups.

This was a nice place to book for our family, the set up was amazing. Places close by to walk to, the beach is about 2 blocks away. The only reason I did a 4 out of 5 was due to the shower. It has amazing features you can’t use without making a pool out of the bathroom. Really needs a back wall and also somewhere outside to was the beach off. An outdoor shower near the pool or on the side.overall I would definitely book this place again!

Great location and value. Close to restaurants and only a short walk to the beach. The private pool and sun deck was an added bonus.
