Modern built home located in Arlington with 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Open concept house with huge two car garage is ideal for large gatherings for families or just friends.
The cost is to just stay at the house. Events are allowed for an additional fee. Fee is based on type of event, number of people and timing of the event.
BEDS - There are four queen beds (one in each room), three twins (all in one room), two sofa beds (Loft and living Room).
Our place is equipped for both long or short stays.
Minutes to DC landmarks, museums, and restaurants.
Walk to Shirlington restaurants, parks, and bike/running trails.
Bus is 2 blocks away to access 2 metro stations - Pentagon City Metro (less than 5 minutes) and Ballston Metro (~10 minutes).
10 minutes to Reagan Nation airport.

The host was very welcoming and responded to my request in minutes the house was beautiful and accommodating for my large family it was big but cozy exactly what I wanted the location was great plenty of parking if you are traveling with a large group I would highly recommend this property
