the neighborhood is so quiet yet vibrant, within 10 min walk to Lake Washington, to the water park, to restaurants and shops, while the property is located in a super quiet neighborhood. I like the vibe of the quietness yet being close to everything I want. If like me, you enjoy this type of combination, you should look no more.

What makes this property unique

My property is located at the end of the road and hence it provides unique privacy which other property doesn't offer. The building is a duplex so there are only two units in the building and it is much better than an apartment with many units. In front of the property there are abundant offstreet parking space which again is super private being at the end of the road.
