This 2 bedroom, 2 full bath home offers all of the luxuries of home with its split floorplan, fully stocked kitchen and baths, sectional sleeper sofa for additional guests, large dining area, and private patio for enjoying the amazing AZ outdoors. Enjoy the common area resort style pool, spa, fitness center and grilling stations. Designated free pkg spot plus additional guest parking make this the ideal spot! The location is a short walk to all the best dining and area attractions old town has to offer. Coin operated laundry available on the property for your traveling convenience.
Primary bedroom has a king bed and the 2nd bedroom has a queen. 2 full bathrooms fully equipped with supplies to make your stay stress free. Fully stocked kitchen to enjoy morning breakfast, afternoon snacks and evening libations. Enjoy your private patio off of the living room to soak in all of the beautiful Arizona air.
House rules-no smoking allowed on the entire property. No parties, disruptive behavior or large group gatherings are allowed. AC is not available during the winter months (November-March)
Quiet hours are from 10PM -8AM daily.
All dwelling units, including short term rental shall have a maximum of 6 adults and their dependent children.
