If you're visiting Coeur d'Alene and don't stay here… you're missing the heart of the whole experience. Tucked along iconic N 2nd Street—just three blocks to the lake, The Resort, McEuen Park, and the buzz of downtown—this two-story retreat puts you right where CDA comes alive in every season.

Spend sunny days wandering to Independence Point for swimming, paddleboarding, and lakeside lounging, or step into the shade of City Park with its playgrounds, courts, and picnic lawns. Stroll the waterfront boardwalk, explore miles of trails on Tubbs Hill, browse downtown boutiques, or grab ice cream, coffee, and cocktails all within a quick, tree-lined walk. In winter, watch the holiday lights sparkle across the lake, catch a festival downtown, or cozy up indoors while snow drifts past the windows.

Back home, the charm takes over—rich wood accents, warm lighting, and spaces designed to bring people together. Play games in the inviting living room, cook in the beautifully updated kitchen, or host dinner around the big gathering table. Step outside to unwind in the private hot tub, grill on the deck, or circle the fire pit under tall evergreens. Rest comes easy with a peaceful main-level suite, a bright queen room, and an incredible bunk room that kids (and kids-at-heart) will claim instantly.

(Outdoor furniture stored for fall/winter.)

A quick reminder to help ensure a smooth stay:
- Please do not unplug the door panel. Doing so will limit your access to the home, and a team member will need to be dispatched to restore the connection. This will result in a service fee.
- The router should only be unplugged for a quick reset—anything beyond that can interrupt systems and will also require in-person support and a service fee.
- Please do not rearrange the furniture. We aim to keep the home consistent with its listing photos for every guest. If something isn't working for your group, feel free to reach out—we're happy to help. Moving furniture back will also incur an additional fee.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your reservation, a credit card processing fee of 4% of the total reservation amount will be charged. This fee will be deducted from any refund issued.
