Charming Townhouse Close to Parks and the Lowry Town Center

[30 day minimum] Situated on a lovely little park in the Lowry community of Denver, our townhouse is a perfect place to call home for your extended stay needs in Denver. Whether you're coming to town to visit family, seeking a location close to The UC Health complex, or just needing an extended place to stay while you're in between homes or remodeling yours... we have what you need for a comfortable stay.

Our fully furnished townhouse has a main floor master bedroom with king bed and a master bathroom with walk-in shower (which is fabulous for visiting grandparents). The master closet also doubles as a small office for those that want some privacy (complete with a desk and outlets). Upstairs there are two bedrooms with a bathroom in between. One upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and a sunny seating area perfect for catching up on your latest novel. The other upstairs bedroom has bunk beds, as well as a futon that extends into a double bed. Back downstairs you'll find a powder room for guest use, a high efficiency washer and dryer, a large living room with smart TV , and a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove. Our townhouse has basic cable service, WiFi, Netflix and plenty of games and puzzles for your enjoyment. If you venture out the backdoor you'll find a small private patio with gas grill. However, out the front door is what makes our townhouse extra special - a beautiful little park that even has picnic seats to enjoy.

Walk-able from the townhouse (approximately 2 blocks) is a large community park with a child's playground and lots of green grass to enjoy. About a half mile the other direction (south) are lots of eating and shopping options in the Lowry Town Center and the Hangar 2 Dining District. Also about a half mile away is Wings Over the Rockies Air and Space Museum ( 24 Hour Fitness and the Denver Parks and Recreation Montclair Activity Center.

By car, we are about 3 miles away from the upscale Cherry Creek shopping district and about 6-7 miles away from downtown Denver. We are also 4-5 miles from the University of Colorado Hospital complex and walk-able to the Denver Hospice facility in Lowry. Day trips can also take you to Boulder, Estes Park, Colorado Springs, Idaho Springs, Breckenridge or even Vail.
