Originally from MN, Moved to Tucson, AZ over 40+ years ago. I love the warm weather. You can't beat the beautiful mountains, sunrise and sunsets. Hosting is not new to me. I started hosting in 2013 and have enjoyed every part of it. I love hosting, I'm focused on details to so my guest(s) feel welcomed, comfortable, and valued.
Why they chose this property
Views, Views, Views !!! A million-dollar view from every window facing the spectacular Catalina Mountains. Prime location. The community is upscaled, beautiful architectural design, complimentary to the area, well maintained. A gated property, and well maintained. Sparkling heated pool and spa, club house & fitness center. Walking distance to shopping, dining and grocery shops. One of the restaurants within walking distance is the popular Piazzi Gavi. Minutes away from golfing and beautiful Sabino Canyon hike and taking in the beauty all around.

Recently updated from top to bottom. Thoughtly furnished with modern decor. The kitchen has all the gadgets, and appliances that you would have in your own home, You may think a bit over board but that's what makes the property unique, having more than just the basics. You'll enjoy finding it easy to create your meal(s). Also, serving pieces so you can host others that may have stopped by to visit while your in Tucson. Plenty of toweling that is full size, Just the little things that are more then average.
