This weekly summer rental in the much desired Island Section has it all! Sleeping for 9, a large fenced in backyard with cabana, covered dining area, outside bathroom and shower just steps away from a beautiful beach. The kitchen is well stocked with the dishes, cookware and utensils you need. There is off-street parking for 5 cars. With a very short walk to the Beach a block away, you will also be close to all the activities that the Hampton Beach boardwalk has to offer - so many restaurants, shopping, free concerts, summer firework shows weekly, Hampton Beach Casino music venue, gambling casinos, arcades and more! Fantastic time! Location was great!

The property was very nice. It was kept very nice. It was nice to have a backyard for the little ones to play. Communication with the owner was extremely prompt. Parking was good. Everything was great! We love Hampton beach and have stayed many places. This was one of our favorite properties. We would definitely stay again. We had a wonderful time. The bbq was very dirty though. We tried to clean it the best we could before using it.

Conveniently located

We loved this house by Hampton Beach. It was within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, the boardwalk, and within driving distance to other local towns that we were visiting. The owner Pat was quick and attentive to respond to any communication and was an excellent resource for any local questions we had. The house had a nice fenced in back yard and a beautiful, roomy enclosed front porch. Would definitely recommend this as a wonderful place to stay.
