8 J Street on Hampton Beach is just steps from the ocean in the heart of the entertainment district! Unit 3 is a 4 bedroom, 1 bath with spacious open living and kitchen area. Fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal including all modern appliances. Smart TV in the living area with leather couch and chair. We have a fenced in, shared yard where you are welcome to grill and relax. We are pet friendly for an additional fee. If you don't feel like cooking, hop on over to McGuirk's for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Location, Location, Location, you can't beat 8 J Street!

This was our first time staying in any type of VRBO type place. The apartment was exactly like the pictures. It was very comfortable for us. It was only about a minute walk to the beach which was great.

The house was great, we all had a fantastic time. The location was wonderful and the house was nicely prepared for our arrival. The host was nice and helpful with any questions as well. We stay at Hampton Beach every year and this was one of our favorite spots. We look forward to coming back to this one next year!

The apartment was clean and a short walk to Hampton Beach. It had modern comforts like new refrigerator, and appliances. One parking spot up the street and convenient. We had a wonderful time.

Location was excellent. Close to the beach and all the night life. Dog friendly was a key factor for our family. Adam responded to all our questions promptly. A recommendation is 2 grills as four units share the back yard. Neighbors were great and we coordinated use of grill. Would definetley stay again.

Great place for family vacation

Excellent emplacement près de la plage. Très propre, nouvellement rénové. Propriétaire facilement rejoignable, a répondu très rapidement à nos demandes. Plus d'inclusions que listées, chaises de plage, serviettes de plage, café. Nous avions demandé pour une chaise haute, nous a fourni aussi un parc pour bébé. Chambres sont plus grandes que sur les photos. La salle de bain est petite, comme sur la photo. Une seule fin de soirée musique forte du restaurant à côté, mais tous les autres jours ok. À recommander.
