Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please put the used towels into the washing machine and start the cycle.
Please throw all household trash into the dumpster.
Please return the parking permit back it's place back of the unit door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guest is required to sign a Renter Agreement. Security Deposit Required of $300. Minimum age to rent is 24.
Renter Agreement must be signed within 24 hours after booking. For last-minute reservations, agrmnt must be signed before check-in info will be sent.
NO Smoking. NO pets. NO parties/events. Quiet Hours are from 11PM - 8AM.
