Condo located on the Boardwalk. Perfect for a small family or a couple.

This property is Owner Operated. We do not use an agency, so there is no management fee.

No pets allowed. No smoking is allowed, including the balcony.

Direct Oceanfront Condo, located on the Boardwalk. Easy access to the Boardwalk, Beach and all the attractions. The building is located on 12th Street, at the center of the Boardwalk where all the action is located. The condo is on the 3rd floor with a private balcony, located above the stores, has a great view of the Boardwalk & Beach, Perfect for people watching.

We have keyless entry to our Condo, so no need to carry key when you go to the beach.

We have free WiFi that is private to our unit.

There is an elevator, an indoor pool inside the building with outside shower near the pool, a bike rack behind the building.

There is 1 reserved parking space located right behind the building.

The indoor pool is open until the 1st weekend in October.

Guests to bring their own linens (bed sheets and pillowcases) and towels.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not rent to high school or college groups under the age of 25. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.

Damage and incidentals: If there is damage to the Property during your stay, you will be charged up to $500.

Check-in at 3 pm; Checkout at 11 am

June, July, August, September requires a WEEKLY rental. Weekly Rentals are Saturday to Saturday.

Rates are subject to change until confirmation is confirmed. Cancellation fee $200. If canceled at least 14 days before check-in, 100% refund minus $200 cancellation fee. If canceled at least 7 days before check-in, 50% refund minus $200 cancellation fee and the service fee. No refund if cancel less than 7 days before check-in.

The Rental Agreement must be signed by the Guest & return to the Homeowner upon receipt. Homeowner reserves the right to cancel the reservation if the Agreement is not returned within 48 hours. A photo ID is needed to confirm the guest who will be checking in.

Great weekend getaway

Love the house, accommodations and view. The condo was perfect for a quick getaway. Parking was easy and convenient and we were close to everything so never moved the car. Would love to stay here again next year!

The location is the best! The building is on 12th Street, so you are right in the middle of the boardwalk. Being able to walk out the front of the condo and be right on the boardwalk is perfect. Take a walk on the boardwalk, walk to all the attractions, restaurants, shops, amusements.
