This place was ok at best. When we arrived it had a very strong order covered up by air freshners. The carpet needs replaced it is very worn with stains. The sheets felt like sand paper. Bring your own pillows, the pillows very flat. The mattress in the master has a big dip.in it. The barstools in the kitchen are like sitting on a metal rack. The is no cushion or padding, appears as if they took them off and never replaced. When we arrived there were dishes in the dishwasher we had to unload to use it as well as laundry in the washer and dryer. Pros: This property was in a great location. Fun pool.

Waiting to hear from you

Communication was very poor. From the time we were supposed to get the contract to getting information on where the address was. We showed up at 4pm and the unit hadn't been cleaned. I had to call and tell you. We weren't able to get into the unit to clean up for our planned evening after traveling all day. I was communicating at 11am about checking in. The last message to me was they were cleaning the unit so 4pm was the earliest check in time. The unit wasn't ready for us until 7pm and we had a 6pm plans. We arrived after 8:30 pm. That night we realized it was cold and we couldn't get control of the upstairs unit to warm it above 60 degrees. I activated the app and it would only give me control of down stairs only, I sent email, txt and called. The only reply was someone repeating what I already knew and was doing. No one took the time to resolve this. Do for the two days the upstairs was 62 very frustrating. You need to review my messages, all of them on Venmo, email and txt. I was told Senior Managment was reviewing my case and would get back to me Monday, then Wednesday. There were just two sr couples. We didn't cook or use anything in the kitchen. We used the two larger beds and bathrooms. Please let us know what adjustment you'll be making. We liked the unit but the service and communication was poor.
