Our family of 5 adults had a great stay. Excellent location, comfortable beds, quiet at night. Very close to the train downtown for easy access to sporting events. Host was very responsive. Would stay here again for sure!

This property was clean, comfortable and exactly as advertised. We are a family of 6 and it was a perfect resting spot after a long day of adventuring. The neighborhood was quiet at night and the walking trails were beautiful in the mornings. The community pool and club house were also great bonuses. Would definitely stay here again

This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome was the perfect place for our family to stay while my daughter competed in a nearby soccer tournament. The townhome was clean and comfortable, we lived the safe walking trails within the community, and it was easy to jump on the freeway at game time. We did have an uncomfortable situation with the neighbor who isn't fond of renters, but the hosts were very proactive to remedy the situation. Overall, a nice stay!

Overall great stay. Clean and well stocked as far as linens and bathroom supplies. There were a few kitchen supplies that were lacking but that can be easily fixed for next guests. Location was great for our needs. Great walking paths around the ponds and pool and clubhouse area was neat and clean. Very quiet neighborhood as well. We would recommend to otherwise and would stay again if needed in the future. Hosts quick to respond to needs and questions.

Thank you so much for your kind review and for staying with us! We’re happy to hear you enjoyed the location, the quiet neighborhood, and the walking paths around the ponds and clubhouse. We really appreciate your feedback regarding the kitchen supplies—we’ve already ordered hot pads and measuring cups so future guests will have everything they need. We’d love to host you again anytime in the future!

We booked the stay be ause my daughter was having a baby at Colorado Children's. They ended up postponing by one day and the owners were great about walking us through some glitches on VRBO
