It's located in the Entertainment District of Arlington within walking distance of Cowboy's Stadium, Globe Life/ Texas Rangers Stadium, the Ballpark, Six Flags, Waterpark, lots of great places to eat and so much more; It's Centrally located in DFW approximately 20-25 minutes from downtown Ft Worth and about 25-30 minutes from downtown Dallas. There's so much to offer here/ a place you can call home with most essential amenities, full kitchen, very comfortable living space!

Place all of the dirty linens in the bathtub or you can place them in the washer & start the first load. When leaving, just press the lock button on the keyless entry.
Please, just hit the lock button on the keyless entry and do not lock the bottom door, please. When walking out the front gate, shut it behind you and have a safe journey home

When I started hosting and sharing my home, I was doing Emergency Nursing Contract jobs all over the US and was rarely home so, I prefer to share my home so someone else can enjoy the comforts of home.
Why they chose this property
The neighborhood is a mix of new and older homes it continues to improve and is a very comfortable area; great neighbors and neighborhood; just far enough from the Cowboy's stadium to give you some peace and quiet; The area falls in the Entertainment District of Arlington and besides all of the state of the art stadiums, it has many trendy restaurants and so much to do (GlobeLife Field; home of the Texas Rangers, AT&T Stadium, home of the Dallas Cowboys, The Ballpark, it was the original Texas Stadium and still holds events and is a beautiful ballpark, Six Flags of America and so much more). It also fall in what I call the heart of the Dallas/ Fort Worth Metroplex and is conveniently accessible to both downtown areas. But, this neighborhood alone can give you enough to do for fun activities.
What makes this property unique
This is a newly renovated property located in Arlington's Entertainment District, within a 10-15 minute walk from the Dallas Cowboys Stadium, Texas Rangers Ballpark; its near Six Flags Entertainment, a nice water park, UTA and lots of nice local restaurants; Two bedroom home with comfortable beds (1 King and 1 Queen bed). It has a custom patio with pergola and an 8 foot privacy fence surrounding the house. It's an older home but well designed with higher end furniture and amenities; it's a perfect location to stay for any event held near the area and will be ideal for staying near the Indy races, the international soccer games and so much more!
