The home on the inside was beautiful with the exception of the very hard and lumpy beds all of them. The outside needs work due to the railings both front and back are extremely loose and almost falling off, the driveway and street very rocky and steep not convent at all if you are pulling a trailer, when we pulled up the home looked abandoned due to the grass, weeds and bushes not cleaned up. This is not a place to go in the summer and I understand it is in a sky resort area but this needs to be in the description of the home in my opinion.

Response from VrboOwner on 21 July 2026
We wanted to let you know, we appreciate your concern about the condition of our cabin, and we are sorry it didn’t meet your expectations! However, we would like to respond. Beds - The queen bed in the main floor bedroom is new - less than a month old. The two king beds are of good quality and are in very good condition. We have never ever had any comments about "lumpy"? Maybe the twin beds are not comfortable, I know there’s extra padding on them?? Usually, children are on the twin beds and we haven’t had complaints in the past. Driveway - Yes, our landscaping is not as "finished" as you might find in regular subdivisions or even some cabin areas. Brian Head strives for a natural and open feel. We have chosen to leave our area as natural as possible and not cover up our land with gravel or asphalt. We are sorry that you may have had difficulty with your trailer. In a high mountain area, there is just no way to not have some amount of steep roads and drives. And we cannot be held responsible for the steepness of the City roads. We have pulled both a 16' and 20' trailer to multiple spots on our driveway and parking with no problems. No other guests have ever commented on difficulties with our driveway in summertime. Exterior - We have made temporary support on some of our exterior railings. We do hope to be able to replace these areas later this year. We have had more bookings this summer than in the past. So we haven’t been able to come up yet to fix the railings. We actually fix them every year only to have the snow and icicles come crashing down from the roof onto the railings each year. So we are aware of the problem and will try to fix asap! We are sorry that this was bothersome for you! In the future you may want to rent in an area that is paved and suits your needs better! Thanks for your stay!
