REMODELED Top Floor unit with loft, NEXT door to Giant Steps Resort. Walk to ski lift, Ski back to condo.

You walk in with Bunk Bed nook to the left- each having their own smart TV and privacy curtains. Downstairs bathroom, Kitchen, dining table with three chairs and a bench (perfect for games too) and living room with 65" smart TV.

Upstairs loft is like a master suite with 55" Smart TV, queen bed and another bathroom with amazing shower.

Living room chair turns into a twin bed. Comfy Sectional sofa to fit everyone to watch a movie or look out the window at the beautiful trees or read a book and sip hot cocoa.

Balcony has a propane grill if brave enough to be out there in the winter. Or to throw snow balls at your kids down below playing in snow.

Not only is it in a great location, the owners have put a lot of thought into what makes a great stay - a well-appointed weekend-stay ready kitchen and common areas to the comfortable loft and great quality towels. We love Brian Head in the Summer and would love people to enjoy our condo in the Winter or when we are not using it.

Our property is great because of the location, it's so close to Giant Steps Resort and Bristlecone Park. We love being able to just walk everywhere.
