Serene Strawberry Mountain Cabin - minutes to Pinecrest and Dodge Ridge

Within just a few miles of both Pinecrest Lake and the Dodge Ridge ski area, there's plenty to do at the Storybook Cabin right within reach. Relax in the pristine waters of Pinecrest Lake where you can picnic on the beach or paddle to secluded corners of its shores. Minutes away is Dodge Ridge, a family-owned ski area that hosts many activities in summer and winter.

The south fork of the Stanislaus river is a short walk with popular fishing spots and places to enjoy the area's natural beauty. A seasonal creek runs along side the cabin through mid summer and brings soothing ambience day and night.

The cabin's kitchen was recently remodeled with all new stainless steel appliances and necessary amenities of a well stocked kitchen for every meal from Holiday dinners to pancake breakfasts. Dine on the large dining room table for extra comfort seating the entire family or enjoy a meal on the outside deck beneath the Pines.

Three bedrooms upstairs comfortably sleep 7 with two queen beds and and a twin over a full bunk with comfortable new mattresses. There's also a second bath upstairs with shower. All three bedrooms and two baths are fully stocked with new linens and towels.

There is currently no wifi, but your cell phone will work if you have Verizon (the only carrier that works in Strawberry). The tv in the living room has a dvd player and a few dvds, however, it's doubtful you will be watching much tv with so much to appreciate outdoors.
