3 bedroom 2 bath, sleeps 7, full kitchen, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, washer, dryer, Big screen TV/DVD. Fireplace, wood provided, 3 levels , big snow in winter, cool breeze in summer.

Beautiful view of Leland Lake, wonderful part of the forest, great family fun, winter play, summer swimming and fishing. It doesn't get any better than this.

Cozy condo with plenty of room. Host was responsive and helpful during the massive snow storm. Great to so close to the snow park. Be aware that condo has no wifi and cell phone coverage is limited.

Nice location. Clean house

We enjoyed the house. It was clean and the location was great. It is good to be aware that there are a lot of stairs to enter the property and it is challenging to get in and out when it is snowing, especially with young children.

Great weekend stay.

Great location right near Leland Snowplay area. Was great for us, though keep in mind that there are a lot of stairs so not good if mobility is an issue. Though we didn't watch any, there was quite a large DVD collection at the house. Also, it is condo, so you can sometimes hear the neighbors. Nothing too loud, but we could hear the TV through the wall.

Nice place to unplug

The property truly does not have any Wi-Fi or cell service. That was not a dealbreaker for me, but for entertainment, you are limited to the DVD collection that the owner has which is very large. The loft was huge and it served as a nice place for my son to play his video games. There is a beautiful view of the lake. It was very close to the snow and very cozy. Everything was clean. What I liked the most about the owner is that the place is stocked with firewood, and there was even firestarter there. I would definitely return.

Relaxing and fun

Brought our family here. Great location for Leland snowplay and dodge ridge. We used to stay in Twain Harte, mi wuk or long barn but decide to go here to get away from the crowds. We are glad we came to Stephen’s place because it was quite. We asked our kids if would come back and they said YES! Stephen was a great host and communication was fast.
