Consider this cabin your home away from home while you visit all that the Cold Springs area has to offer, Whether its winter time fun at Dodge Ridge or Pinecrest Lake, which are just a short ten minute drive away. This cozy retreat features 2 bedrooms one with a king bed, and one with a queen bed, and day bed, The living room offers additional space with a comfy sofa bed for extra guests. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a tub/shower combo. Our Cabin is the ideal place to relax after your favorite outdoor activity whether its spending time at Pinecrest Lake, or skiing the slopes at Dodge Ridge, or just relaxing on the deck and after a game of cards. Enjoy your favorite meal cooked on the Traeger or the BBQ grill. There is also plenty of TV's and movies to watch for night time relaxation.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
There is 1 exterior camera mounted on the shed that face's the front door. For security purposes only. There is a key lock box that is mounted on the right side wall near the door. Email for access.
Please put all linens and towels by the washing machine. Please take your garbage with you or put in the trash can and secure it with the Bunge cord to prevent critters from scattering it around.
There is NO AC. Thermostat is for heat only. This cabin has a backup generator in case the power goes out. There is internet, but it can be slow at times. Wi-Fi password is aside60snow

Landlord was very responsive to messages and gave great information.The amenities were amazing! We did not plan for no wifi or t v.So we really appreciated the dvds (for all ages) & books. And the generator because we did get snowed in, and had peace of mind that we would stay warm. The wood burning fireplace also helped. Was absolutely cool to just open the front or back door and just be able to step out into the snow. It's perfect for families. Was very clean inside and had all of the necessities to have an excellent snow trip. Look forward to going again.Didn't even mind getting stuck.But if it's snowing, bring a four by four WITH chains ;)

We live in the valley and this is our family cabin that we have owned for over 20 years and have enjoyed all that the Sierra's have to offer. From summer time fun at Pinecrest Lake to Skiing the slopes at Dodge Ridge.

Why they chose this property

We love Pinecrest Lake, Dodge Ridge whether its summer or Winter including drives over Sonora pass. There's lots to do with beautiful scenery on drives up to Kenny Meadows.

What makes this property unique

Our cabin has all the amenities to make your stay enjoyable. Central heat and a wood burning stove, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher and all the essential cooking utensils, including a stand by generator to keep everything working in the event the power goes out.
