The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

There's a laundry chute in upstairs bathroom. If you can put upstairs used towels and sheets down the chute, it is appreciated, but not required.

If you use BBQ please wipe down and replace cover.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Garbage and recycling must fit in bins. Any extra garbage should be disposed of by renter.

There is a sloped area behind the house that is off limits for guests unless prior approval. Area is marked with signage.

My house does not have access to Twain Harte lake but is 20-30 minutes from Pinecrest lake.
