Mountain properties in this region can experience seasonal activity from brown marmorated stink bugs, particularly during transitional spring and fall weather. While they are harmless, we absolutely understand how frustrating it can feel when they occasionally make their way indoors. We actively treat and manage for them on an ongoing basis and continue working to improve the experience for our guests. We also appreciate the feedback regarding the temperature differences between floors. Multi-level mountain homes can sometimes experience varying temperatures between levels during changing outdoor conditions. We do wish we had known about these concerns during your stay, as we’re always happy to help troubleshoot and address issues in real time whenever possible.
