Lovely house in a serene location, close to all the wonderful breweries, wineries, and cideries.

The living room, fire pit, and dining table were perfect for long conversations at our family get together. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking big dinners. Beds were comfortable and there were nice decorating touches throughout the house, including beautiful rugs.

We thought the house was located in a more remote area without other houses close by.However this location was great for us-between Staunton and Charlottesville.Unfortunately our ice/water dispenser was not working properly and leaked so we chose not to use it. We loved the decor and comfort of this home away from home!We definitely would consider staying here again!Thanks!

I felt reinvigorated after spending time in the home which offers such a tranquil setting.

The house is large and spacious, and it’s quite functional. The sofas were large and comfortable, and the house is just a wonderful place to reconnect with friends and loved one. The primary suite had the most comfortable bed!

This is our second year staying at this house for Thanksgiving and have had a great experience both times. They have continued to upgrade the property by building a fence and adding a hot tub! Ladybugs get inside the master bathroom but they don't seem to move from there and didn't bother us much. The house is very clean. Towels/sheets/robes are nice quality. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. We would have appreciated a lighter for the fire pit but besides that, we had everything we needed. We highly recommend.

Great House and Great Location

Our stay over Thanksgiving was wonderful. The location was perfect for where wanted to be. The house is beautiful and the view from the living room area is even prettier than the photos show. Kitchen was fully stocked. Plenty of towels, blankets, etc. Host was extremely responsive. Couldn't be happier!

Lovely House, Great Area

The house has great high-end amenities and was very comfortable for our party of eight for three nights. There are so many things to do in the area that I wish we could have stayed longer. Between all of us we toured Monticello, played a round of golf, biked and hiked. Sadly, we didn’t have time to visit the many wineries, breweries, distilleries or craft studios nearby. There’s a large fenced-in back yard which was perfect for our canine guest and the fire pit on the patio is a fun gathering spot at night. The neighborhood is very quiet. We did a lot of cooking; the kitchen is pretty well stocked with everything we needed. And the view of the mountains from the living area is fabulous. I did have a PIA hiccup with the property management/payment process, but it was finally worked out after several attempts. I highly recommend the home and the locale.

Beautifully appointed home in an ideal location. Plenty of room for our family to gather, and the cold snap in May had us enjoying the hot tub and stargazing by a warm fire in the fire pit. Nearby Blue Ridge Tunnel hike was a winner! Would definitely recommend.
