Isolated and located on 25 + Acres, over 8000 sf of living space including 5 bedrooms with 4 1/2 bathrooms. The home theater room and bar with pool table are a perfect place to relax and get away. The bar is also equipped with a Bluetooth ready Wurlitzer Bubble juke box, and two quarter slot machines. This estate will accommodate up to four families. Wrap around deck with unbelievable mountain views. A perfect location for wine and brew tours. Minutes to UVA, Wintergreen and Humpback Rocks. Perfect for graduations and wedding stays.

The house is spacious and beautiful, and located on a hill with lovely views of the mountains. The kitchen was perfect for 2 adults to cook and others to sit at the counter and talk. Large dining table and sofa also great for larger groups. We had a girls' trip and had a wonderful time over all. The house was very clean and parking was easy and plentiful. The hosts were very responsive via text. Only adults, so we had a nice, quiet weekend.

The home was exactly as advertised. The kitchen is extremely well stocked. The furnishings are comfortable and well maintained. The beds and bedding were wonderful. We rented this home for my father in laws funeral in Crozet. It was a last minute rental on a holiday weekend. The setting and views offered us great peace during a very sad time. I would recommend this property highly.

Four couples spent a great weekend wine tasting and hiking. We could not have asked for a more amazing home and property. Incredibly spacious. Incredibly clean. Incredibly well stocked. My last incredible is the location in the heart of Virginia wine country. Excellent communication from owners. We really appreciated the use of the garage, although really didnt need it with so much parking area. Enjoyed wandering the property and visiting the herd of cows grazing around the property. We would definitely stay here again. Worth every penny.

Magnificent Manor

This is one of the most beautiful properties I have ever seen. The house is stunning and the views are spectacular! The owners were incredibly accommodating and friendly. This is a special place to create special memories.

This is a fantastic rental. We had several college students and young adults in our group. The pool table and movie room were big hits. The scenic views and fantastic living room were enjoyed by the older adults. Highly recommend!

Great Place to Hang Out

We were in town for my daughter's wedding. It was very convenient to the local vineyards. The house is super fun for groups of folks looking to unwind (e.g. pool table, corn hole, slot machines, bar, foosball, Pacman). Also has many sitting rooms to just hang out and chat. It was perfect for our weekend stay.

Fun in Afton

We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend at Brooksville Manor. The location cannot be beat as it is close to so many fun things to do. The children we had with us were completely entertained by the huge downstairs of the house and the adults loved having the gorgeous views from inside and out. It is a large and comfortable home where everyone can really spread out and relax. We will hopefully be back!

Graduation Weekend

We booked this home for our family and extended family to stay during graduation weekend for UVA, JMU, and Longwood. The home was perfect in everyway! Beautiful views on the deck to enjoy sunrise and afternoon happy hour after returning from graduation. The dining room allowed us to fit our entire extended family. The kids loved the game room and the entire family had space to spread out. The home is well maintained and Jeff and Mark were responsive to all of our needs! Wish we had more time to enjoy the many wineries. We did have a great meal at Blue Mountain Brewery and enjoyed the live music! You will not regret booking this home!

Brookville Manor

Brookville Manor is the perfect place to stay for large families or groups of friends. Our daughter got married at Veritas Vineyard a few miles away and it was so convenient! Plenty for people to do while at the house-theater room, slot machines, corn hole, cows/mules, fishing. We definitely didn't feel crowded and each had their own space. The owners, Mark and Jeff, were so accommodating and couldn't have been nicer!!! Very clean and comfy mattresses too. Highly recommend!!!

What can I say about Brooksville Manor? WOW!!

The generously sized rooms were for our extended family Thanksgiving gathering. We loved seating for twelve in the dining room, the living room's gas logs and plenty of cushy seating to enjoy a movie, or football, with more options for gathering there on the main level or downstairs at the game room and theater room. The mountain views are spectacular, so relax on the deck or play yard games while you wait for sunset. Managers Jeff and Mark were attentive and very easy to work with.

My Family (10) total stayed at this Afton home for New Years holiday. The home is beautiful with plenty of room and the kitchen was stocked well for cooking meals. We enjoyed the many breweries that were close by. If you like breweries, Blue Mountain is a must visit! We went skiing at wintergreen which is about 25 minutes away and an easy drive. We also visited the many hiking trails that are 10-15 minute drives. The Blue Ridge train tunnel is a great hike with kids. Mark and Jeff were great hosts and were available if we had any issues. It’s rare to find a home that matches the pictures and highly recommend. We plan to visit again in the future.

Leave everything at home! This house has it all

This was one of the best stocked rental homes I have ever stayed in. The kitchen had everything one could need. The house is also huge! It comfortably fit all 11 of us adults. Sadly we stayed during a hurricane so we didn’t get to enjoy as much of the outdoors but when the weather cleared the morning of our last day we got to see just how beautiful the property is. Mark and Jeff were also incredibly responsive prior to and during our stay. Having the option for self check in was great since we were arriving from all over the east coast at different times. The location is close to dozens of wineries and definitely recommend renting a shuttle from one of the local companies to take your around for a day. Would definitely stay again.

Family wedding

We had an extended family member getting married right outside Crozet. We searched for a place that could accommodate me and my wife and our 3 adult children. We were looking for a place where each of our children could have their own rooms as well as be a gathering place for extended family. This was a perfect place, great location, all the amenities you could want. Jeff met us to show the property and how things worked. That was greatly appreciated. We not only learned about the property and operating the various electronics, we learned about our host.and the history of the house and family which really made for a welcoming stay. We highly recommend these hosts and this property. If we ever have a reason to be in the area again, we certainly would want to stay here. Thank you!

Loved staying at White Hall!

We had a wonderful stay at White Hall. There were 9 of us. My family of 4 and my sister's family of 4 and our elderly father. The elevator was a fabulous bonus since our Father has major mobility issues. The game rooms and theatre room downstairs are fantastic - kept our 4 young teenagers highly entertained for most of the weekend when we were not out being tourists. Also, a great sleeping setup since there are bedrooms on that level which is where they all slept and could watch movies at all hours of the night and not interrupt those of us sleeping upstairs. The living room is wonderful and VERY spacious. We loved the toasty fireplace. The wrap around deck was great - would love to have spent more time out on it but it was a chilly, rainy weekend so we will need to do it another time when we come back to the area. The wineries are nearby so that was great. We also found many of the wineries see lunch and/or dinner so it was not an issue being in the countryside and finding wonderful places to eat. We loved looking out at the cows and donkeys! We will definitely stay here again when we travel back to the area.

Jeff and Mark grew up in the old farm house which can be seen from the master bedroom and is the the original house on the property. This house was built by our father, completed in 2005. We have enjoyed the property for years and are eager to preserve our parents' legacy. We hope you find the workmanship and design of this estate to be of the highest quality. We both currently live in Waynesboro, Virginia and are only moments away.

Close proximity to numerous wineries and breweries. Minutes to UVA and Monticello the home of Thomas Jefferson. 30 minute drive to Wintergreen, Humpback Rocks and Crabtree Falls. Nearby apple and peach orchards. Blue Mountain Brewery 5 min drive. Many colleges in the area. UVA, JMU, Liberty University, Lynchburg College, Randolph College, Sweet Briar College. Use our home as a base for college visits, sporting events, and graduations.
