Beautiful property! Very clean, excellent communication and ease of check-in. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Loved having the park so close for walking/running. Would definitely stay here again.

This home was perfect. I have family in Arvada. It was close by. It’s by a beautiful park with lots of walking trails. The house had all the amenities that you would need when you’re away from home. It was a perfect stay for me. I will definitely return.

My stay was very comfortable thanks to a clean, well-organized, and quiet location right next to Ralston Creek trail. This new VRBO was well-stocked with everything I needed such as cooking appliances, dinnerware, glassware, dishwasher, towels, ironing board, washer and dryer and even a yoga mat. The fridge had cold bottled water, Brita filtered water, and bagged ice in the freezer.The only glitch was entering the unit. Due to a very delayed flight I arrived around 2:00AM and there was not enough lighting to find the entry door let alone enter a code in the dark. My host did return my calls for help in the middle of the night.My other complaint was all the fees which were added on to the base price.Otherwise my stay was very relaxing and so convenient for my early morning walks alongside a creek! I definitely recommend it!

This place was GREAT !! Excellent location in Arvada. Safe and quiet area. Excellent location with shopping close by. This is a stand alone small home (on the back of the property of a main home), very quiet and very private on the edge of a park with paths and playgrounds, trees and creeks. The unit is either brand new or has just been completely remodeled. Everything in the unit is brand new, and it is well stocked with every pot, pan, blender, toaster, coffee maker, utensils, etc. TVs, internet, new sofa, chairs, very comfortable bed, nice sheets and towels. Large new washer/dryer. Everything works perfect and everything very clean. Reserved parking spot for one vehicle, but there is plenty of parking available on the street as well if needed. The host is a "Management Co", but they are extremely attentive and very responsive either through the VRBO app, telephone, or text. A, I would recommend to others, and we will be staying again. Thank you
