Just released back into the holiday market, after a major modern renovation and with the beach and boat ramp right on your back door and views overlooking the ocean , this large modern home on two levels with an internal stairs. The home is fully finished with two new ultra modern kitchens ,one with 2 French door fridge-freezer,1/ 2 door fridge freezer and 1 drinks and bait fridge freezer, 2x fridge-freezers in-all. There are 2 microwaves and one dishwasher, 5 bedrooms all with robes, , main upstairs bedroom only WITH AIR CONDITIONING, luxury main bathroom 2 lounges and 3 televisions. Two of the bedrooms and both lounges and kitchen overlook the water. There is trampoline out the back for the kids entertainment ( to be used at own risk ). Also a HOT and cold outside surfboard shower for you or the kids to use after being at the beach ( see photos )

Looking out the back, the beach is to the left, boat ramp straight out back and large Lions park with BBQ s, toilet and fish cleaning facility's to the right. This home is the perfect holiday home for boating ,fishing ,swimming or just to relax on the beach.

Book early for Easter Week Burrum Heads Fishing competition and School and Christmas holidays. There is a high demand for these dates as the whole of Burrum Heads is usually booked out

Visit world heritage listed Fraser Island and Lady Elliot Island.

From mid July to end of October each year the majestic humpback whales make the pristine waters of Hervey Bay their domain and a whale watching tour is an enthralling experience.

Fishing from the numerous piers, small hire boats, in the nearby rivers or from charter boats over the outside reefs.

By boat or tour, visit the Southern Great Barrier Reef on a day tour to Lady Elliot Island or stopover if you wish. Diving at the HMAS Tobruk snorkeling, coral and sea life viewing.

Scenic flights and helicopter flights over Hervey Bay, Fraser Island and the nearby area. Skydiving also available.

Sailing cruises and dinner cruises.

Self drive day tours to numerous locations including historic Maryborough, Childers, Bundaberg, Woodgate Beach, Burrum Heads and Toogoom.

Visit Free Water Park for the kids. Great day out in Hervey Bay!

Dine out at the Hervey Bay restaurants or visit the various clubs in the district for dining and a bit of fun on the poker machines. Courtesy buses are provided by the Hotel & Bowls clubs for transport of patrons.
