Settle into a comfortable, family-friendly mountain retreat with room for everyone to relax. Upstairs, all three bedrooms feature vaulted ceilings for an airy feel, and the primary suite includes an ensuite bathroom with a tub.

Gather in the common areas to unwind after a day on the mountain, and take advantage of a laptop-friendly workspace if you need to check in with the office. A private washer and dryer make longer stays and gear-heavy trips a breeze.



Outside, enjoy mountain views from the backyard, complete with outdoor seating and a BBQ grill for casual meals at home.

• Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): Queen bed, vaulted ceiling, dresser, two nightstands, large closet.

• Bedroom 3 (Upstairs): Two queen beds in a bunk configuration.

Bathrooms:

• Bathroom 1 (Ensuite – Upstairs, Primary): Full bath with tub/shower.

• Bathroom 2 (Hall – Upstairs): Shared full bathroom.

• Bathroom 3 (Main Level): Half bath near the foyer.



Important Things to Note

• Parking: Maximum of 3 vehicles—1 in the garage and 2 in the driveway. No additional parking beyond this allocation.

• WiFi is provided; however, due to our mountain location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed. Cell service can also be spotty.

• Stairs: All bedrooms are upstairs; stairs are required.

• Pets: This home is not pet-friendly.

• Private washer and dryer available for guest use.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance. If the home is ready before 4:00 PM, we’ll let you know.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

Getting Around:

Location logistics: Roughly a 5-minute drive to Keystone Ski Resort, Keystone Lake (ice skating in winter; boating/walking in summer), local restaurants and bars, Keystone Ranch Golf Course, and the Keystone Conference Center.
