Other Things to Note:

Spa heating is included; pool heating is $60/day with 24 hours' notice (capped $1,000/month, max 82F).

The pool is professionally cleaned twice a week. Due to occasional desert sandstorms, you may notice some sand or debris between scheduled cleanings. A small pool vacuum is provided for guest use if you'd like to freshen up the pool between professional service visits.



Pool-safety door alarms are installed on all doors leading to the pool area. For the safety of children under 12, we ask that the alarms remain activated throughout your stay.



Parking for up to four. Quiet hours: 10pm to 8am.



The desert can be windy; a pool brush and leaf blower are provided for dust.
