The apartment is located in Pula, in a tourist neighborhood Veruda Porat. Distance to the nearest beaches (1 km), city center (2.5 km), airport (10 km), shopping centers (3-5 km). Just around the corner there is a bus station and one minute away you will find a bakery and a small store with basic groceries.
The apartment is located on the first floor of the family house, with its own entrance.
The apartment is 50 m2 and consists of a small hallway, bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine, kitchen, dining room and living room in one and a spacious bedroom with queen size bed and bunk bed.
There is also a terrace of 35 m2 with open barbecue, which is just for you and it is not shared with anyone. We also offer two bicycles for our guests.

It is a great place for a short or long trip, with all the amenities a home has to offer.
We can be reached at any time via cell phone (call, SMS, Viber, Wap).

A deposit is payable on arrival and will be refunded on departure after the apartment has been checked.

Hervorragende Unterkunft

Wir haben als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern einen längeren Urlaub in Pula verbracht und den Aufenthalt im Apartment sehr genossen. Die Terrasse mit Grill, Hängeschaukel und Tischtennisplatte war für unsere Kinder toll! Der Kontakt zum Vermieter freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Wir waren das zweite mal und fühlten uns wie zu Hause☺️. Kleinigkeiten an mangel gibt es aber ich finde das ansicht sache ist. Es ist aufjedenfall sehr sauber und modern Eingerichtet.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen. Sie ist schön eingerichtet, sauber und kühl gehalten. Falls es doch warm wird gibt es eine Klimaanlage. Die Lage ist super, man ist mit dem Auto in nur 10 min in Pula und auch für andere Ausflugsziele sehr zentral gelegen. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr freundlich und komplikationslos, immer wieder gerne. Vielen Dank!!!

Super schöne und große Ferienwohnung

Es war ein Traum, die Ferienwohnung war sehr groß und super schön eingerichtet. Man hatte alles, was man als Selbstversorger brauch. Die Terrasse war riesig, hatte einen großen Grill und eine Tischtennisplatte. Eigentlich ist die Wohnung für 4 Personen ausgelegt, aber es gibt nur 1 Schlafzimmer, also eher für eine Gruppe von Freunden geeignet als für eine Familie. Wir haben sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gibt keinen Backofen und kein Gefrierfach, hat uns aber nicht gestört. Man hat 2 Fahrräder umsonst auf der Terrasse stehen, also ist alles (Innenstadt & Strand) sehr schnell zu erreichen. Man kann natürlich auch laufen, sollte man aber 20-30 Minuten einplanen.Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und für alle Fragen offen. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt!

Diese Fewo war perfekt für unseren Kurzurlaub in Pula. Das Appartmrnt liegt ruhig, ca 2 km vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, die Ausstattung ist super, zB Küche mit Geschirrspüler,, Waschmaschine, große , schattige Terrasse mit Gasgrill, 2 Mountainbikes , Der Vermieter Miralem ist sehr sympathisch und Dir Check-in /out Prozedur war völlig unkompliziert. Bis auf die Kaution alles Bestens.

Unterkunft, Lage und Ausstattung war soweit ok. Verstörend war eine geforderte Kaution durch den Unterkunftsbesitzer in Höhe von 150,- Euro welche weder von Fewo-direkt noch vom Unterkunftsbesitzer im vorhinein angekündigt wurde. Dies hat den Urlaub doch erheblich getrübt, so das wir für ein zweites mal dort nicht mehr buchen werden.

Perfektes Appartement mit sehr nettem Vermieter!

Wir waren zu zweit für eine Woche in dieser Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Wohnung sah genauso aus wie auf den Fotos und war extrem sauber. Es war alles vorhanden, was man brauchte. Besonders die Terasse ist ein Highlight! Das einzige Manko ist vielleicht, dass man dort kaum in der Sonne sitzen konnte (haben wir kaum vermisst, da wir stets unterwegs waren). Die Lage ist super, besonders mit dem Rad ist man schnell an tollen Buchten oder in der Stadt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, hat uns alles gut erklärt und war stets erreichbar. Hatten eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche!

Tolle Wohnung genau wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Parken direkt vor dem Haus. Toll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Viel Platz für die ganze Familie. Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Grill, Klima, Fahrrad - alles perfekt und alles wie neu. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Sehr netter Kontakt mit guten Empfehlungen für Ausflüge usw. Lageplan und Ausflugsempfehlungen in der Wohnung vorhanden. Bushaltestelle ca. 300 m entfernt. Bäcker und kleiner Shop ca. 100 m. Mit dem PKW gute Erreichbarkeit verschiedener Strände.

Einfach super, absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir waren eine Woche zu zweit in dieser tollen Ferienunterkunft. Obwohl wir eine Stunde zu früh ankamen, machte der Vermieter sich gleich auf den Weg um uns zu empfangen. Die Wohnung entspricht exakt der Beschreibung und sieht noch schöner aus, als sie auf den Bildern erscheint. Der Garten ist mittlerweile grün bewachsen und die Terrasse lädt zum entspannen ein. In ca. 3 Gehminuten befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle, der Bus fährt alle 20 Minuten ins Zentrum. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strände sind ebenfalls fussläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist absolut zu empfehlen. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub, der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter immer freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We have 3 children and we love to travel, so our main goal was to decorate the apartment according to details and wishes that we liked and / or wanted to experience while traveling around. Cleanliness, accessibility of the host for any information as well as the privacy of the travelers are very important to us.

Why they chose this property

This is a neighbourhood where I (Miki) spent my childhood. Very quiet, not in the centre, but in optimal distance to the beaches, the city centre and the sights. I am living now 10 minutes away from the apartment so I am available for any informations.
