Host was welcoming and responsive. The house was in excellent condition - clean and well-kept - and even prettier in person. The linens, kitchen supplies and furniture were clean and super comfortable. The host even provided extra blankets, fans in the bedrooms, beach chairs and big, beautiful beach towels. Also, the house location was perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

Four days of paradise

We had a great time at your rental. The place was very clean. We loved that you provided a golf cart, towels for both the beach and house. The kitchen was well furnished. The rental is no more than 5 minutes walk. Thank you for having us over.

Great 30A stay!

This was our first time visiting 30A. The property is beautiful, well stocked, clean, and inviting! We had two families of 4 stay here (4 boys ranging 5-8) and we had so much room. We had zero issues the entire stay! We especially loved using the golf cart. The beach and several restaurants are within 3 mins from the house. Communication with the host was very easy. Highly recommend this house. We’d definitely stay again!
