Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Ensure pool and spa heater is turned off.
If checking out on a Wednesday or Thursday, kindly roll the trash to the street for pick up on Friday.
If you see the trash bins empty on the street, please roll them back onto the driveway.
Please remove any trash or personal belongings from the backyard or near the pool.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
