There is a long term tenant living in 1st floor, but it’s in a totally separate unit with separate entry. This unit is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. No spare is shared.

*. Step Disclosure: There are a few steps at the entrance and three levels throughout the home. We recommend confirming that everyone in your group is comfortable with stairs before booking.
*. Noise Disclosure: Please note that there may be other guests staying in the 1st floor unit, so you might hear some occasional noise. However, it’s a separate unit with separate entry. No space is shared.
*. AC Disclosure: There are 2 mini-split AC units, one in the living room and the other in king bedroom. There is no AC in the bunk bedroom, but fans are provided.
*. Parking Disclosure: There is one outdoor reserved parking space next to the building. Our designated spot is the one in the middle.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per night.
*. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). As an official partner, these options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.
