Please text the owner when you are leaving the property so we can alert the housekeeper to enter.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Must sign the Vacation Rental Agreement to make booking complete. Must include name, relation and contact of all guests on the property.
Must show VALID government issued identification upon check-in. Must match the Vacation Rental Agreement name/ signature. No exceptions.
Pool + Spa Jacuzzi is only cost together. $150 a day + 15% Malibu TOT tax. Mandatory fee that is included in your booking breakdown.

This is a fabulous location. We had a large group of family and friends going to the Rose Bowl and stayed here for 3 days around the New Year. The property is amazing and is a very comfortable house to share with friends on a special trip. Everything went smoothly to check-in and the communication with the owners was exceptional. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool due to cooler weather but it would be great to be here on warmer days. Highly recommend. We would come back to stay here again!

The house was beautiful and very clean. Everyone who stayed with us was impressed and enjoyed the time in Malibu. The house was perfect for our special occasion.Despite some miscommunication and misunderstandings at the beginning of the booking, they genuinely made an effort to be understanding and accommodate our needs.We are so glad that we stayed at the house and wish we had more time to spend there.In-person check-in was required, which made our day a little hectic, but once you see the house, you understand why they want it that way. It’s also nice to have someone walk you through everything.They have a very nice kitchen and literally has everything! We would love to come back if we ever have the chance again to relax and enjoy a family vacation. Thank you for having us!

This property did not fully align with what was presented at the time of booking. The host required an in-person meeting and walkthrough upon arrival, which was not clearly disclosed in advance and felt unnecessary for a short-term rental. We didn’t need host to tell us where all rooms were located in property especially with all the paper signs that were in the home that specified rooms and rules. Again, very unnecessary after our long trip to get there. An additional fee was charged for a heated pool. While we did not plan to use the pool (especially in December), we also did not want to pay for an amenity we did not use. Additionally, the pool did not appear to be consistently heated during our stay.We were also provided a short-term rental agreement on same day of stay with very short notice. Specific usage hours and rules should have been shared prior to advanced booking that was completed weeks before actual stay. These terms should be communicated upfront so guests can make an informed decision.Overall, although property was very nice the experience suffered from a lack of transparency and an overly hands-on host presence. Future guests may want to request all terms, fees, and requirements in writing before confirming their reservation.

The in-person tour is part of our commitment to ensuring guests are comfortable with our property, as clearly stated in our listing. We had confirmed the pool heating via VRBO upon your arrival, and while we provided a complimentary first day due to your late notice, we cannot refund for heating services that were fully provided to you.
