• During this period, no noise, loud conversations, or music are permitted.
• Televisions may remain on, but volume must not exceed level 7 on the device’s scale.
• Stereo systems may not be used during quiet hours.
• Dishwashers, washer and dryer should not be operated between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Please refrain from using the air hockey table or arcade games during these times.

Gatherings and Conduct
• Intimate gatherings or small celebrations with moderate music and conversation are permitted only until 9:00 PM, when quiet hours begin.
• Parties or events of any kind are strictly prohibited.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
• Please avoid high-impact activities such as jumping or running, as these may disturb the tenants below.

Yes, very much so. The back bedroom, Master was really cold, but once in bed, no problem. The updates so far are really great, like in the bathrooms. Lots of space in the kitchen and living room and the game table was great.Still needs more updates, but I'm sure that the owner is working on that. It was very comfortable and everyone had their own bed.
