Discover your mountain retreat! This cozy, rustic-modern condo is steps from Giant Steps at Brianhead. Inside, enjoy the warmth of a wood stove and the rustic charm of pine walls & wood beams. Sleeps a family easily with a King bed and custom bunk area. The living space features a comfy sectional and a bright, modern kitchen. Step out to see mountain views and the ski slopes! The perfect base camp for skiing, hiking, or simply unwinding in the Utah high country.
MAIN LIVING SPACE
Relax in the open living area, featuring the warmth of a wood stove set against a charming brick hearth. The room is accented by rustic pine-paneled walls and exposed wood beams. A comfortable sectional sofa offers a perfect spot to gather, with a Smart TV and a selection of games and cards for entertainment. An additional Smart TV is in the bedroom. The unit is a cozy 721 sq ft condo, built in 1978 and fully updated for comfort.
KITCHEN & DINING
The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living area, making it easy to socialize while preparing meals. It features modern stainless-steel appliances and a breakfast bar with seating.

This condo is designed to maximize sleep space:
Bedroom: Features a comfortable King-size bed and a private closet.
Living Area: Includes a custom-built, solid wood Bunk Bed for extra sleeping capacity.
Bathroom: One full bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

LOCATION & VIEWS
Enjoy direct views of the Brian Head ski slopes from the property (as seen in the exterior photo). The unit is part of a complex conveniently located near the resort`s activities, making it an ideal base for accessing skiing, snowboarding, and summer mountain biking.
Please note that VISTAY is not responsible for inadequate vehicle arrangements. Guests are responsible for providing proper transportation (i.e., 4WD or chains) and for any related expenses due to lack of preparedness, such as towing.
4WD and snow tires or chains are highly recommended from December through the end of March, or whenever snow is present. Thank you for ensuring safe and suitable travel arrangements!
- No smoking/vaping anywhere inside the premises
- We may allow a maximum of one pet (no cats) with prior approval, and a minimal pet fee applies. Please reach out to us before your stay to confirm
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Unregistered guests/visits are not allowed. If you wish to bring someone outside your contract, please reach out to us
- Additional $15 per night per guest will be charged for any bookings exceeding 4 guests
- Any excessive trash, there will be added fees for any additional trash left behind. If dumpsters are available you should see them nearby or check the guidebook under the dumpster tab.
-Do not flush feminine products, toilet paper, wet wipes or diapers down the toilet as it will ruin the septic system.
