This 2 bedroom unit is a fully furnished 1017 square foot condo managed by Wyndham: including full kitchen, washer/dryer, a king + 2 double size beds + a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room, 2 baths + free wifi for up to 4 devices and a balcony. This is a timeshare resort. You are not required to attend any resort timeshare selling meeting. This is not to say that you will not be invited to do so. If and when asked, simply say "No Thanks!"

You will make a fully refundable $250 security deposit by credit card at check-in which will cover possible damages or optional charges made to your condo.

Regardless of any no refund comment you may see, full refunds of any payment will be provided if a reservation is canceled on or before 30 days prior to your arrive date with no refunds beyond that 30 day window.
