Why they chose this property
I love this neighborhood because it offers the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. The home is located near the 17th Street Bridge (and east of US-1) which makes it incredibly central to many of Vero Beach’s best attractions.
One of the things I enjoy most is how close it is to the beach. South Beach is only about a 7-minute drive from the house, making it easy to spend time by the ocean whenever you like. At the same time, the property is also very close to Miracle Mile and Ocean Drive, where you’ll find many of Vero Beach’s restaurants, shops, and local spots.
Despite being so centrally located, the neighborhood itself is quiet and peaceful, which makes it a wonderful place to relax after a day exploring the area. It’s the kind of location that lets you easily experience everything Vero Beach has to offer while still enjoying a calm, comfortable setting.
