This property includes a 20,000-lb boat lift with deep-water access — a rare and highly desirable feature in this area.
Boat-lift use requires advance notice and a $300 (non-refundable) setup fee to prepare and stage the lift for safe operation.

We have come to love and appreciate being able to stay in comfortable homes when we travel, rather than being cramped in hotel rooms with limited amenities. We strive to provide our guests with all of the comforts and conveniences we value.

We chose this neighborhood because it offers a rare combination of peace, natural beauty, and true waterfront living. The home sits directly across from the Tarpon Springs Yacht Club, giving you gorgeous daily sea breezes and a calming view of the water. On weekends, you can even hear the faint sound of live music drifting over from the club — just enough to add charm without disturbing the quiet atmosphere.
