DO NOT RECOMMEND! Very disappointing stay. The management team messaged us hours before arriving informing us that there was a mandatory service appointment the following day for the internet upgrade. When we advised we were not comfortable with this and requested they reschedule we were told we didn't have a choice. We were not given the opportunity to cancel our stay due to the short notice and were threatened with cancelation fees. They then scheduled maintenance for the trash receptacle and asked what time would work for us. I believe that when you rent an Airbnb or VRBO you pay for the place to be yours for the time scheduled. The complex was completely dated and posts of it were under complete reconstruction. To no fault of the enter there were people smoking marijuana in the corridors. Also, there were full trash bags thrown in the corridors. The apartment was clean, but very small, the stairs were not sizes to standard code. We had to carry our luggage in front of us or drag it up the stairs behind us since they were not wide enough to carry it by the handle at our side. The pictures posted were very deceiving. Especially the bathrooms. The point of contact attempted to be nice but the main focus was fees and getting the projects completed. On several occasions the subject of fees was mentioned. We were there for our granddaughters surgery and left early because of these unreasonable requests.
